On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a navy skirt with a brown contrast trim and high slit. Just because she can wear an outfit like this doesn't mean she should wear it to Restless Style. By wearing this skirt, Phyllis is clearly trying to make viewers forget she is a grandmother. Either that or she is just trying to seduce Nick. While someone should really sit her down and talk to her about appropriate office attire, there is no doubt that she looks fabulous. And you will look just as great in it as long as you heed my advice and decide not to wear it to work.
