On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a sheer white crewneck top with an asymmetric hem and detailed back. While her top deserves the attention (and numerous reader requests) it is receiving, her fedora is the one stealing the spotlight. By wearing the hat so often, Phyllis is making the hat as integral to solving mysteries as Sherlock Holmes did to the deerstalker hat. Hopefully she can use her thinking cap to find the camera and help clear Sharon's name.
