On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a printed top. In an age of Real Housewives launching singing careers and pop singers launching perfumes, one would think a fashion editor would have no problem launching a shopping website. Chloe, however, proves this is not exactly the case. Perhaps she can blame it on the fact that Restless Style has become a tabloid rag ever since Billy took the reigns. Let's face it, as much as one enjoys leafing through an UsWeekly or Star, one would be hardpressed to get valuable fashion advice in those pages. And turning to a woman who is being accused of attempted murder for her "celebrity" endorsement may not be her best idea to date. Luckily, her conception of this outfit is a whole different matter.
