I think its just horrible, sorry but i would not wear it even if it was for free. The actress its cute but they dress her like a homeless person.
Chelsea's dress on the other hand was just beautiful.
I wouldn't say it's horrible just not flattering. Just adding a belt would have made it look so mch better. But I do agree that Chloe has been dressing rather bland lately. I miss when she actually dressed like a Fashionista.
