On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victoria wears a knit striped skirt. Did anyone else enjoy her conversation with Billy about their odd little family tree? Actually one could go out on a limb and say it's more like a redwood at this point. Victoria realizes that her brother-in-law Jack will become her step-father when he marries her mother Nikki. Maybe it's time the Newmans and Abbotts branch out and start dating other people in town.
