On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chelsea wears a cold shoulder printed top. She appropriately dons this boheminan-inspired blouse while Billy and Victoria are giving her the cold shoulder upon her decision to stay in Genoa City. While the Abbotts are ignoring Chelsea, it is certainly not for lack of effort on her part. After all, under normal circumstances her ikat printed top would surely get her noticed by just about anyone with eyes.
