On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a lace top with a contrast collar. It is no secret she is hot under the collar about Daniel's marriage to Daisy. While Phyllis undoubtedly tries to keep her son on a short leash, it appears he has more room to roam than she thought. Despite this little mishap, her confrontation with her new daughter-in-law at Crimson Lights proves she is still the top dog. And hot diggety dog she looks pretty darn good while doing it.
