On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victoria wears a sheer striped tshirt. She loves Lucy, but unfortunately that may not be enough for a judge. Too bad the drama can't be wrapped up in a half hour like the 50s sitcom I Love Lucy that inspired her daughter's name.
