On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a striped maxi dress. After the heartache she has endured, it is a miracle she isn't twitching at the bottom of the ocean or in other words, a nervous wreck. With Ricky working on his tell all book on her life, it appears her recent problems are just the tip of the iceberg. While there is no doubt Phyllis' heart will go on, only time will tell if she will go down with the sinking ship or come up with a series of titanic surprises.

Even so, Phyllis usually manages to rock the boat to its maximum potential regardless of what she is wearing. Only time will tell what the Restless Style editor has in mind for her next ill-fated voyage. For the time being, Genoa City passengers better grab a life vest for this is sure to be one heck of an editorial storm.
