On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Sharon wears a white henley shirt with pockets. Is anyone still watching Gossip Girl as the show is nearing its end? Because unfortunately, the show is just like this shirt: good at one point but is now ruined. When did it start getting unwatchable? Well perhaps it was when Dan and Blair became an item. Or during the Lily, Rufus, Bart triangle. Maybe Eric van der Woodsen masquerading as Deaclan Porter in the Hamptons had something to do with it. While it is hard to say with Manhattan's elite, at least Sharon knows the exact moment her shirt was toast. That being said, Adam will likely come to the rescue, make a couple of calls, and get her the best dry cleaner in town. As for Gossip Girl and Co., you just know Dorota would simply turn the stained shirt into a cleaning rag. Or use it to wipe the tears of the five people still watching the show once it's put out of its misery.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Summer wears a blue velvet dress and drop earrings. Her awkward run-in with Adam at Chelsea at the housewarming party is about as newsworthy as Comcast adding the NBC peacock symbol to its logo. In other words, it appears to be something that could potentially get a lot of buzz but in reality, simply causes people to raise their eyebrows for a second and then move along with their daily lives. The reason for Comcast's underwhelming situation? The logo is something a twelve year old could have whipped up after ten minutes on Microsoft Paint. In Summer's case, Chelsea took the high road and didn't say much so there wasn't exactly any drama there. At least her dress made an otherwise dull situation a bit more interesting.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a red dress and gold necklace. Now that she's Working 9 to 5, one can't deny it's quite a way to make a living surrounded by her dad, brother, and husband. Luckily, Lily's boss would never just "use her mind" and not give her the proper credit. As Dolly Parton sings, she is "hardly just a step, on the boss man's ladder" and Neil would never even dream of taking her dreams away. More importantly, Neil would obviously recognize Lily's "service and devotion" and surely "give her a promotion." Forget "cup of ambition." How about a nice steaming mug of nepotism?

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Sharon wears a beige cable knit sweater with elbow patches. There is no doubt she is missing Noah and Faith but as much as Twihards will be yearning for their Twilight fix once the last part of the franchise hits theatres? Sharon being away from her kids is a total Eclipse of her heart but hopefully some time soon there will be a New Moon. This way, she can start fresh with her loved ones who no doubt see her as lost and innocent as Bella Swan in the first film. Yes, Breaking Dawn will be good thing for everyone, whether it be a new beginning for Sharon or a satisfying conclusion for fans.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a draped silk blouse and gold chain drop earrings. If this was the hit Broadway show Wicked, there is no question she would be Elphaba. Phyllis, much like the musical's leading lady, isn't exactly "Dancing Through Life" these days; she isn't very "Popular" given her recent actions. Sure, Red makes "Defying Gravity" look like a cakewalk after escaping charges of attempted murder but only time will tell if she is ready to end things with Nick "For Good." In the meantime, there's no doubt she'll be green with envy seeing her soon to be ex-husband with her sister.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Jill wears a red jacket and a horseshoe necklace. Tell me you see that her triumphant return calls E.B. White's Charlotte's Web to mind? Katherine is Wilbur, about to be slaughtered by her business colleagues for returning to her CEO position at Chancellor Industries. Jill, on the other hand, is Charlotte, weaving her arguments into pleas and insults to get her friend to reconsider. It doesn't help that Lauren's dear sister is also pretty bloodthirsty, admitting she thinks she would be perfect for the job herself. As for Tucker, he's surely Templeton the rat as many do not know his true motives and he is and always has been self-serving. This should make for an interesting storyline and more importantly, for a stylish one at that as the cobwebs are finally brushed off Jill's collection of stellar signature statement necklaces!

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Heather wears a pink boucle cropped jacket. As she comes to terms with the prosecution losing the case against Phyllis, one can't help but think of unjust court case outcomes, namely the one in To Kill A Mockingbird. Tom Robinson was convicted of raping Bob Ewell's daughter Mayella although all the evidence pointed towards his innocence. Similarly, it doesn't take a Scout to see that Phyllis is hardly a mockingbird, or rather a poor innocent creature merely bringing joy to the lives of others. The new judge may have thought she wouldn't say Boo to a goose but those in her life know they would likely find more lies and secrets in her past than there were gifts in Mr. Radley's tree.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Avery wears a green dress. One can't help but compare her to Gloria Allred not only for always looking polished, but for her penchant for controversial cases. Face it, Avery hasn't yet met a high-profile case she hasn't accepted which may be part of her problem: one minute she's defending a person and the next, she's prosecuting them. Another perk of always providing her legal services to Genoa City's finest? Plenty of free media coverage (which Abby would kill for) meaning she has to look positively flawless at all times. Luckily, she does not disappoint in this green number.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a brown cropped jacket. Lately, she's been getting a lot of negative attention for her criminal past. It must be a relief to her that Victor's death is shifting some of the spotlight off of her. It's like at the Emmys this year when Jimmy Kimmel told Tracy Morgan to pretend to pass out on the stage and proceeded to tell the audience to tweet about it. That stunt certainly took some of the heat off Sofia Vegara's Zuhair Murad mermaid pageant teal dress. Speaking of Modern Family, if Sharon and Tucker get married, Abby's stepmother will be marrying her ex-stepfather. Strange, huh?
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Sharon wears a blue backless halter top and geometric earrings. First, her ex-husband who she still loves "betrays" her by marrying some giddy former con artist. Then, her new husband disappears only hours after they get hitched. The father of her children contemplates having her institutionalized to regain control of his family's company and her only current ally is playing her like a fiddle. Lastly, she gets slandered on the Restless Style television show by her new step-daughter and consequently, in an interview that was supposed to go well. Sharon sure likes living on the wild side wearing an open back top when she's been back-stabbed by so many around her. And one can bet she doesn't bother sleeping with one eye open either now that she's fired Victor's entire security staff. Well, soon enough her enemies will learn her new penchant for stabbing each wrongdoer in the throat with the knives they left in her back. You know what they say, don't get mad, get even.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victoria wears a purple maxi dress. As she watches the hidden-camera footage of her brother pulling a Willie Hantz and resorting to violence, it's hard to ignore that Big Brother is always watching now Billy has his reality show in the works. Given her crazy family, Victoria should already know to expect the unexpected and although her husband is the head of the household, he even gives her the power to veto the video. While it remains to be seen how the rest of the summer will unfold, perhaps a nice chat on the couch with Julie Chen would do everyone some good.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chelsea wears a blue maxi dress. You can bet your bottom dollar her greedy parents are trying to cash in on the gravy train now that she has married Adam. Chelsea knows the deadbeats are looking for a handout when they arrive under the pretense of celebrating her newlywed status. After she hears them put in their two cents, it is fairly obvious she would rather take a rain check. Now there's a penny for your thoughts.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lauren wears a striped jacket. If only life for her was as simple as being put on probation for missing a dance recital a la Dance Mom's Brooke and Paige. Lauren, however, can hardly pirouette her troubles away by getting to the top of Abby Lee Miller's dance pyramid as she is facing her own convoluted pyramid of laws. Hey, at the very least the District Attorney's wife is already wearing stripes which means she's all set for a last minute Cell Block Tango number.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Abby wears a strapless printed dress and a statement necklace. Looks like this banker is generous to a vault. One should point out her Uncle Jack may not have her best interest at heart when discussing alone with her. Although he claims he doesn't want to stick it to Victor, it's obviously a bunch of noncents. Perhaps Abby would be better off spending her money on shopping sprees.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a crochet pencil dress. Looks like the editor is anything but a pencil pusher; she barely has a moment to recollect herself before breaking the next Restless Style exclusive. That being said, Phyllis has no time to sit around and knit for her loved ones; she simply channels her inner-grandma by rocking skimpy crochet dresses. And good thing she has had Daniel penciled in as "Father of the Year" all along as he's prepping for his custody battle. One can skirt around the issue of who should raise Lucy but Phyllis gets a crochet star for this dress.
