On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a green dress. Remember the children's book by Plat and Munck called The Little Engine that Could? Too bad repeating the phrase "I think I can, I think I can" is not going to save the trainwreck that is Tag and Grab. Especially not when the conductor Adam has jumped off the train and the only one left is the engineer, Kevin. Chloe tries to do some damage control and cover her tracks but even she is no longer onboard.
