On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victoria wears a red skirt. Looks like this time around, the Abbots will not be caught red-handed illegally purchasing a baby. While little Lucy is currently wrapped up in a custody battle of her own, Victoria and Billy will hopefully face less red-tape becoming John's legal guardians. It is no secret they will need their share of red-eye coffees when raising their newborn son but for now, they should celebrate the red-letter day.
