On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a purple printed mini dress. She certainly takes the phrase "back to work" to a whole new level seeing as how her back is literally out in this outfit. While the print of the dress may distract some, Phyllis is likely hoping her legs will distract Nick.
