On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victoria wears a brown top and a striped scarf. Now that she's back in Genoa City after her kidnapping ordeal, one can't help but wonder if she misses Miami. Not only does the city have better weather and Cuban food but she only missed Art Basel by a week or two. Talk about wrong place, wrong time, huh? Then again, Billy and Nick may have gotten confused thinking she was busy participating in "performance art." You know, playing the part of "determined woman ready to break free" like she does during her weekly dress rehearsals with her dear daddy Victor. That is, after she is done painting the town red.
