On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a teal printed dress with a drop waist. Isn't it a shame no one in this scene is wearing cerulean blue since they are discussing a career in fashion? At least no one looks like they should be attending a hideous skirt convention. Chelsea better thank the style gods Chloe thinks her designs are good because it is obvious details of someone's fashion incompetence would not interest her. Meanwhile, it is apparent the writers love the Tag and Grab storyline as they are moving it along at a glacial pace; obviously they must know how much that thrills the viewers. As fun as it is to wonder whether Chelsea will turn into Genoa City's newest designer, many are wondering whether she has fallen down and smacked her little head against the pavement for not confronting Adam sooner. (Anyone catch The Devil Wears Prada references? I may have gone a bit overboard.)

There is no doubt she is taking a page out of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde; her attitude towards Abby is as two-sided as her dress. One minute Chloe is asking her for money and teasing her about her crush on Carmine and the next, reaming her out for losing the gala's opening act. Either way, her split temper parallels the consensus on this dress: people either love it or hate it.

It is a bit fishy Carmine is currently sticking around town but at least everyone thinks he's a pain in the bass. Another thing that's not hard to wrecken? The new Mrs. Fisher looks fabulous in this adorable frock. Whale done, Chloe, whale done.
