On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a black and white printed sweater. After three months, several news outlets have finally revealed the wedding pictures of Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. If Chloe could keep a secret for that long, her marriage might stand a chance. With Kevin "borrowing" money from the Tag and Grab account, one can't help but hope that his blabbermouth wife will keep her mouth shut. If she tells Chelsea who in turn may or may not tell Adam, then an entire game of telephone will ensue throughout all of Genoa City. If that happens, you just know Chloe will be burying her head inside of Kevin's old chipmunk costume trying to escape the humiliation. (Coincidence that Reynold's doppelganger Jason Lee starred in Alvin and the Chipmunks?) If anything, it will at least be quite interesting to see how Chloe would style a rodent.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a green dress. Remember the children's book by Plat and Munck called The Little Engine that Could? Too bad repeating the phrase "I think I can, I think I can" is not going to save the trainwreck that is Tag and Grab. Especially not when the conductor Adam has jumped off the train and the only one left is the engineer, Kevin. Chloe tries to do some damage control and cover her tracks but even she is no longer onboard. Kevin's one track mind is going to have to be retrained because although he has been derailed, he should be picking up steam in no time.
The look for less: Max and Cleo - April Jersey Dress
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a teal printed dress with a drop waist. Isn't it a shame no one in this scene is wearing cerulean blue since they are discussing a career in fashion? At least no one looks like they should be attending a hideous skirt convention. Chelsea better thank the style gods Chloe thinks her designs are good because it is obvious details of someone's fashion incompetence would not interest her. Meanwhile, it is apparent the writers love the Tag and Grab storyline as they are moving it along at a glacial pace; obviously they must know how much that thrills the viewers. As fun as it is to wonder whether Chelsea will turn into Genoa City's newest designer, many are wondering whether she has fallen down and smacked her little head against the pavement for not confronting Adam sooner. (Anyone catch The Devil Wears Prada references? I may have gone a bit overboard.)
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a leather trim blouse. Anyone think her having a female friend is like the Breaking Amish pioneers going to New York? Both are venturing into uncharted territory but if things go sour for Chloe, at least she'll only be shunned by Chelsea. While the Amish group allegedly discovers the wonders of technology, the two new friends are busy figuring out a way to save Tag and Grab before it crashes. Better a company that burns than a group of people who choose to live life differently from how they were raised, right?
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a black blazer and a beige pleated skirt. Remember that one time Brutus betrayed Caesar? Granted, Chloe's act of treason is insignificant compared to what is arguably one of the biggest acts of treachery in Shakespearean literature. Despite this, one can't help but notice several similarities between the two situations. For both respective parties, family plays a primary role as Chloe confesses to Kevin's brother Michael and Brutus betrays his uncle Caesar. Secondly, Portia persuades her husband Brutus to confide in her much like Chloe does of Kevin. The most notable similarity, however? Both traitors wear skirts. Gotta love that ancient Roman men's fashion, huh?

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a black peplum top with an open back. The moral of the story is that if she was Mary Lennox, the novel may have been called The Not So Secret Garden. Think about it, Chloe, like Mary, can be spoiled, rude, and can have quite the temper. Moreover, just as the garden in the book symbolizes the near destruction of a family, Chloe blabbing Kevin's secrets to his District Attorney brother-in-law may be doing just the same. Hopefully,in the end, she doesn't end up how Mary started out. You know, alone.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a printed strapless dress. As Bobby the Chinese Crested Dog joins the Fischer clan, one cannot help but recall the episode of Friends when Ross saw Rachel's new Spynx cat and asked if the animal was inside out. One would peg Chloe as a poodle kind of girl so it is very surprising she is drawn to the hairless little pup with its powder-puff mane. Good thing Bobby now has a home because even if he is a bit funny looking and probably buries his tail and wags his bone, with Chloe as his owner he's probably going to look phenomenal in dog clothes.
On the August 24, 2012 episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears two different tops. She goes from casual chic to camera ready at the drop of a hat and manages to make it look sew easy. There is no doubt the fashionista knows how to make a fashion statement which makes one wonder why she's waisting her time at a "lifestyle magazine" better known to those in town as a tabloid rag. She can certainly charm the pants off of the audience which is why she is proving to be a good host for the show but it doesn't help matters that she is usually dressed to the nines. Hats off to the style lover for her two great looks.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a fuchsia sweater tank. One would think that as a parent, she would be the first to take an anti-bullying stance seriously. Yet this doesn't stop Chloe from harassing her husband to get Phyllis to join their new business venture. Sure, when it's only her it could be seen as a wife just nagging but all of a sudden, Adam jumps in and the Chipmunk can't catch a break. Unless Chloe wants Delia terrorizing the other children on the playground, she should learn to treat Kevin with just a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a printed top. In an age of Real Housewives launching singing careers and pop singers launching perfumes, one would think a fashion editor would have no problem launching a shopping website. Chloe, however, proves this is not exactly the case. Perhaps she can blame it on the fact that Restless Style has become a tabloid rag ever since Billy took the reigns. Let's face it, as much as one enjoys leafing through an UsWeekly or Star, one would be hardpressed to get valuable fashion advice in those pages. And turning to a woman who is being accused of attempted murder for her "celebrity" endorsement may not be her best idea to date. Luckily, her conception of this outfit is a whole different matter.
Thanks to Nina on Twitter for finding this top and sharing the information! She is wearing an H&M top that retails for $24.95. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be available online but it is pictured below.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a denim dress with mesh inserts. So far the dynamics among the four people involved in Tag and Grab has been quite interesting. While Chloe is getting along splendidly with all business partners, Kevin and Adam aren't exactly meshing. The two jeaniuses better work on their issues and focus on the future of their company or pretty soon, their website will fade faster than acid wash denim into cyberspace oblivion. You know, like the word "dungarees."
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a strapless lace dress and layered necklaces. She's clearly unfazed by the fact that the George Kotsiopoulos of E!'s Fashion Police is in the Restless Style building. Then again, Chloe has nothing to worry about considering she will not exactly be "Busted!" committing any fashion felonies. Something tells me Giuliana, Kelly, and Joan would all be forgoing their "Streetwalker" panels and holding up "Starlet" signs instead if they got a glimpse of her in this "Hot Ticket" mini lace number. Here are the details of this look for those that "Gotta Have It!"
She is wearing the Mason Lace Strapless Mini Dress pictured below. It retailed for $485.00 but unfortunately, it is no longer available.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a blue striped dress. When Kevin learns that Adam ran into a man who is influential in the retail industry and spoke about their startup website, he does anything but byte his tounge. Chloe attempts to point out that their business partner was just taking advantage of one of the Windows of opportunity that presented itself but her loving husband begins to see himself in the middle of a tangled Web. It is no secret Kevin knows how to hack it in the computer industry but he may want to keep Adam on his good side before the venture goes south and they all have to call it a net loss.

The dress also comes in tangerine and is on sale for $65.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a striped dress. Any coincidence that she wears the Joie Adore Navajo dress when she adores Chelsea's name suggestion for the company Tag and Grab? And to think all along Chloe thought Adam's new wife was merely tagging along when their startup company's name was up for grabs. Luckily, the fashionista's dress is up for grabs as well.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a sleeveless contrast neon top and a neon necklace. She knows she has no business going behind her husband Kevin's back to get investors for their start up business, but she contacts Adam anyways. Chloe wants their website open for business as soon as possible and that means she's more than willing to do business with "Satan's understudy." Some could say she's just taking care of business but in the business of full disclosure, she better hope Mr. Newman doesn't partake in any funny business.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a maroon dress. It is no surprise she thinks Abby needs a "Wake Up Call" considering her frenemy faked her own kidnapping. In fact, Chloe is so riled up, watching the Naked Heiress feign innocence is likely making it harder and "Harder to Breathe." Despite this, one thing is clear: if Ms. Newman is going to avoid getting her comeuppance, she's going to have to get lawyers who have "Moves Like Jaggar."
*Update 7/21/12: The dress at Barney's New York is no longer available in the Dark Berry color as pointed out in the comments section. It is, however, available in the color at this website.
Below is the dress at Barney's.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a sleeveless high-low shirt. Some say revenge is a dish best served cold. In this particular instance, poor Chloe was almost in cold storage thanks to Carmine's antics. Not only did he make sure that everything-lock, stock, and barrel- did not arrive at the gala in time but he managed to shove her in the trunk of a car. After that little mishap, there is no doubt she will revenge herself on Angie's former boy-toy. While it is quite unfortunate the fashionista's dress never managed to see the light of day, one can take comfort in knowing the frock, much like Chloe, is safe and sound.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears an orange and green striped dress. There is no doubt she is taking a page out of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde; her attitude towards Abby is as two-sided as her dress. One minute Chloe is asking her for money and teasing her about her crush on Carmine and the next, reaming her out for losing the gala's opening act. Either way, her split temper parallels the consensus on this dress: people either love it or hate it.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a striped dress. It's fitting she would go with a nautical themed wardrobe considering she recently tied the knot with Kevin. It's aboat time her very own perfect storm ended although one can say Chloe's been taking all life's been throwing at her in tide. It is a bit fishy Carmine is currently sticking around town but at least everyone thinks he's a pain in the bass. Another thing that's not hard to wrecken? The new Mrs. Fisher looks fabulous in this adorable frock. Whale done, Chloe, whale done.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a colorblock dress. While the Fischer clan will be the new kids on the block when they move into their abode, one can only hope Carmine doesn't purchase new digs as well. After all, he is determined to be a stumbling block for Chloe and Kevin, threatening their long-awaited bliss. And unfortunately for Chloe, her attempts to block all thoughts of Angelina from her mind have thus far proven futile. It's a shame she had to show her true colors and will Jersey's finest into staying in Genoa City.
She appears to be wearing the Rebecca Minkoff 'Claudia' dress pictured below.
It no longer seems to be available in black but is listed below in other colors.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a one shoulder dress. Looks like she's replaced the chip on her shoulder with draped folds now that Kevin's marriage has been annulled. In fact, Chloe is tickled pink as she gets ready to marry the man of her dreams. With mobster Angelo in attendance and the nuptials being planned at the last minute, it certainly gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "shotgun wedding." Luckily, no one is armed and dangerous except Chloe, who is dressed to kill in her impromptu wedding dress.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a teal polo dress. If she insists on blabbering on and on about tablecloths, the least she could do is wear something that resembles one. Instead, Chloe gives us a special treat; her outfit somehow manages to convey that Kevin is the Marco to her polo. She of all people should know about airing ones dirty laundry in public considering her mother is a maid. Guess this (and the price tag of her dress) both prove she's no longer a blue collar gal at heart.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a cold shoulder sweater. It's fairly obvious her outfit speaks volumes; she literally gives Kevin the cold shoulder when he attempts to explain his marriage to the leopard-loving Angelina. Despite this, the poor Mr. Fischer can't seem to catch a break because his story has more holes in it than Chloe's sweater! Better luck next time, Kevy. And hey, at least Chloe can use the handkerchief hem of her top to dry those nonexistent tears.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears an open weave pullover. While the fashion editor claims to be suffering of a broken heart, she sure seems to be moving on rather quickly. Perhaps Kevin and Chloe were a fastidious couple; she was fast and he was tedious. Then again, Chloe probably has come to the conclusion that Mr. Fischer saw marriage with her as a matter of life and debt. After all, shopping habits are pretty hard to break. And she could have only pulled the wool over Kevin's eyes for so long...
