On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a purple ruffle top. Jennifer Lawrence told Marie Claire South Africa that she is addicted to junk food and reality television. What are the chances Lily is obsessed with the same two things? Probably slim to none considering she is working "Like Crazy" during the "Winter's Bone" cold months. Lily's career may be "Catching Fire" but at the end of the day, she still goes home to her "House at the End of the Street" and spends quality time with her lovely husband and her adorable twins. Not exactly a pack of Red Vines and a National Geographic show about "The Beaver" species but a fantastic fixation just the same.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a black dress and a burgundy blazer. Was Neil's decision to hire Leslie's brother, who undoubtedly has a thing for his happily married daughter, a smart idea? Especially when Tyler's guerrilla marketing campaign with the eye (Gatsby, anyone?) enraged Jack so. Isn't this similar to Instagram's controversial new terms of service? Considering the app's changes caused just about everyone and their mother to panic, one could argue it was not the company's best move. And as for Jabot, it's almost as if Tyler suggested using a consumer's snapshot in their new ad. Whether one is picturing Lily and Leslie's brother together down the road or themselves finding and using a new photo app, one thing is clear: change isn't necessarily always a good thing.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a v neck cardigan. As she goes along with Devon's plan to make their office a more casual atmosphere (why oh why?) one can't help but think of Norma Rae's plight. True, Lily and Co aren't exactly experiencing Dickensian working conditions but doesn't their dilemma also revolve around textiles? Then again, convincing Neil to loosen his tie every so often does what, exactly? Besides making him look a bit sloppy and unkempt, of course. Just because Lily can make "casual chic " look so effortless doesn't mean the rest of her colleagues can. Think of all those gifted ties in Genoa City this holiday season that will sadly remain unworn if this casual work environment becomes an actual "thing." Way to be a Fashion Grinch, Devon.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a colorblock dress. As she worries about working with her husband, he reassures her they can work together because love conquers all. Given that the couple has not only overcome cancer, infertility, and Cane's "death" but are also raising twins and dealing with Genevieve's antics on a daily basis, Lily finally realizes she should take the job. It will be nice to see her trade in those mom jeans and applique mom jeans vest (not literally, thank goodness) for some business attire.
Thanks to reader Neelam for ID'ing this dress! She also shared the dress runs small so keep that in mind when ordering.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a burgundy dress. Who thinks she should nominate her mother-in-law to appear on that TLC show Extreme Cheapskates? With the way Genevieve was going on and on to poor Lily about how she managed to get information out of the strange brunette woman for free, you would think she hadn't just bribed her with one hundred thousand dollars only minutes beforehand. And Lily questioning whether Ms. Atkinson even had such money in the first place? Pretty priceless. Although Genevieve's not running around town cutting her own hair and wearing clothes she's had since 1998, it would make for a fascinating episode of the series just the same.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a strapless dress. As she gracefully strips for Cane, one has to wonder if he knows how good he's got it. Some men, like Doug Heffernan from The King of Queens, not only have to beg their wives to engage in activities like taking pole dancing classes but then end up very disappointed with the results. (Admittedly, Carrie was hilariously bad.) Meanwhile, Cane is busy still picking up his jaw off of the floor at the sight of Lily. Any coincidence fashionistas are busy picking their jaws off of the floor at the sight of her pretty dress? Here, so you can hang it in the pole in your closet.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a purple drape neck top. In this situation, it is not hard to see that she is channeling Debra Barone and Genevieve is Marie Barone. Poor Lily is trying to do what is best for her children and Genevieve is stopping by, meddling, and being an overall pain in the behind. Funnily enough, Genevieve also has a favorite child (Samantha) just like Marie (Raymond). Fortunately, Genevieve is having financial problems and will not be buying the house across from the Ashby residence anytime soon unless Tucker comes around and decides to buy it for her. And because Everybody Loves Raymond Lily's top...
*Pretty certain this is it (Lee Three-quarter sleeve cowlneck tee) but unfortunately, they do not have the top available in the color she is wearing. Here is an alternative.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a crochet fringe tunic. She discusses her family problems with her friend and ex-boyfriend Daniel. Lily complains Genevieve and Cane aren't exactly getting along which seems like a pesky little fly one can shoo away compared to the Romalotti family antics. Daniel's wife has disappeared (long time no flea) and may have been murdered (with a bee bee gun) by a man who was blackmailing his mother. Speaking of which, Phyllis is under suspicion for attempted murder and continues to weave her web of lies and deceit. Unfortunately, the fun doesn't end there because she also paid Off a potential witness to keep quiet and then was in the midst of "seducing" him when he dropped dead. She proceeded to Raid his apartment and move his cadaver. Seems a lot worse when it's all laid out, doesn't it? Phyllis may be the one acting like the Black Widow but lucky for Lily, she's the one in the woven top.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a floral printed dress. At least she can have peace of mind knowing Cane has attempted to make peace with his mother. Ever the peacemaker, after her husband gave Genevieve a piece of his mind, she encouraged him to apologize. It's true that Lily's mother-in-law hardly kept her peace either but it will be interesting to see if Samantha is still resting in peace or if she is stirring up trouble in hopes of a peace offering. At least Lily is well equipped for any future scuffles with her boho chic high low dress that just happens to be dubbed the "Peace Maker" dress. There's peace, love, and Free People dresses for you.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a printed skort. She goes to a bookstore to look for vintage bedtime stories for her twins. How about Goodnight Moon? It seems rather applicable in her situation. Goodnight to Cane's former boss Ashley as she decides to leave town. Goodnight loveless marriage between Neil and Sofia. Goodnight awkward run-ins with Neil and Harmony. And goodnight to skorts (shorts that look like a skirt) in general even if this particular one happens to look good on Lily.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a white vest dress. She is definitely invested in helping Cane figure out who is threatening their family. Lily vested her husband with the power to trust his mother and now, Genevieve's motives are proving to be questionable at vest. This being said, the Ashby clan would be best advised to play their cards close to their vest.
