On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Avery wears a drape dress. There is no doubt fashion and food make a lovely pair. In fact, fashionista.com has pointed out that the duo are having a bit of a love affair right now a la Nick and Avery. Jourdan Dunn has her own cooking show, Karlie Kloss has launched a line of cookies, a Cesar Casier has a cookbook that is flying off the shelves. And of course, one cannot forget the CFDA's cookbook full of designers' best recipes. Now Avery may be keeping her cooking for friends and family only (okay, mainly Nick) but Is it any wonder the color of her dress is listed as "grape?"
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Sharon wears a brown cowl neck sweater. Since she is stowed away, doesn't V.C. Andrews' Flowers in the Attic come to mind? She's not exactly in an attic but she, much like the Dollanganger children, has to hide out after an unfortunate incident. Sharon was also lavished by expensive gifts and promised a bright future when she married Victor paralleling Corrine's deceptive behavior towards her children. True, Sharon hardly has to worry about incest and her "captor" Adam is only trying to help. However, Cathy and Chris' grandmother abuses them and one can argue Ms. Newman was emotionally abused by those closest to her. Even the words "arson" and "arsenic" sound remarkably similar. Interesting, right?
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Sharon wears a gray peplum dress. Face it, her release from Fairview is causing as much excitement and drama as the release of the new iPhone 5. Both Sharon and the phone are tall and thin, have trouble taking directions, and have media outlets buzzing. Moreover, both are causing their respective company stocks to fluctuate. While the iPhone has already proven to be a bona fide hit, Sharon's track record is still pretty questionable. Yes, an Apple a day keeps the doctor away but so should a pretty peplum dress.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Summer wears a navy dress. When she turns to the bottle and attempts to drown her sorrows like any typical teenager whose mother is being accused of attempted murder and subsequently pretending to have an affair with a detective to cover up the fact that her former court-ordered therapist who was blackmailing her dropped dead in her apartment, one can have a bit of sympathy. However, it is clear Summer has a lot to learn before she drinks coffee with alcohol. Not only may she want to swap that vodka bottle for some Bailey's but she may want to wait a couple of years before pulling that stunt again, especially in a public coffee house. That is, of course, unless she's looking to end up in a prison cell right next to her mother's.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a fuchsia sweater tank. One would think that as a parent, she would be the first to take an anti-bullying stance seriously. Yet this doesn't stop Chloe from harassing her husband to get Phyllis to join their new business venture. Sure, when it's only her it could be seen as a wife just nagging but all of a sudden, Adam jumps in and the Chipmunk can't catch a break. Unless Chloe wants Delia terrorizing the other children on the playground, she should learn to treat Kevin with just a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Abby wears an orange and magenta dress. While some may call her a bit loopy, it appears she found a loophole on how to remain the center of attention on camera while being fully clothed. Abby has taken it upon herself to embrace the neon trend so much so, one may have to question whether her closet glows in the dark. In the poetic words of John Mayer, "She's always buzzing just like neon, neon, neon, neon. Who knows how long, how long she can go before she burns away." Or in Abby's case, how long her fifteen minutes of fame will last, neon or not.
Thanks to Neelam for finding this dress!

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Chloe wears a denim dress with mesh inserts. So far the dynamics among the four people involved in Tag and Grab has been quite interesting. While Chloe is getting along splendidly with all business partners, Kevin and Adam aren't exactly meshing. The two jeaniuses better work on their issues and focus on the future of their company or pretty soon, their website will fade faster than acid wash denim into cyberspace oblivion. You know, like the word "dungarees."
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Abby wears a hot pink high-low dress and a half moon necklace. She fakes her own kidnapping then is rewarded by falling for her kidnapper and starring in a reality show for all the world to see. No wonder Abby doesn't have a care in the world and never learns anything from her mistakes! She also has the added advantage of being both an Abbott and a Newman which pretty much means she gets the best of both worlds. Her secret donation may have made a world of difference but in this outfit, she should feel on top of the world.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victoria wears a green wrap dress. By now, it should come as no surprise to her that members of her family, mostly comprised of D-list celebrities with their own reality shows, are willing to do anything for fame and fortune. (Kardashians, anyone?) Victoria kan kontinue to forgive and forget but it seems these days, that's all she's doing when it comes to Keeping up with the Abbotts. She is going to need more than a dash of patience if the new Restless Style show means nothing is off limits during the magazine's fifteen minutes of fame.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Eden wears a striped dress. Or was it a striped dress? If memory serves, her mind goes blank every time she is questioned about what happened the night Paul shot Ricky. One thing Eden does know, despite her inability to fill in the blanks, is that her former roommate is dead. Wait, really? Ricky's dead? If Paul had shot blanks instead of bullets, she would not be trespassing onto the scene of the crime attempting to jog her memory. So, what were we talking about just now? Oh, right. This temporary amnesia is absolutely exhausting. In memory of Ricky, Eden's striped dress.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a white top with blue pants. Looks like she isn't afraid to roll up her nonexistent sleeves and take it out back with Genevieve. Lily commands attention from her mother-in-law (who is behaving like a dingbat) in this adorable getup which would even make a wombat swoon. Hopefully the Ashby family doesn't move to the land down under because as cute as this outfit is, it isn't exactly cut out for the outback.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a white hooded sweater. It is no coincidence she wears white knit when discussing her white knight, Nick. Phyllis also seems to be waving her white flag and surrendering to a relationship with her sister by sharing the news she is expecting. Hood you ever believe the two could be more than civil? Although tricks are usually found up someone's sleeve, Avery better check under that hood too. Even if her motives with her sibling aren't yet clear, the red-headed editor looks white hot.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears an asymmetric dress. Seems like this ex-Newman is being pretty bias against her former family since Phyllis wants to air all of their dirty laundry in Restless Style. This is true especially when one considers that she never wrote about Lucy's custody battle or her familial relation to Genoa City's newest lawyer in the magazine. Now if only her one-sided journalism was as smart as her asymmetric attire. Hey, a girl can dream (about this dress!)
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a gathered dress with leather sleeves. While the former Mrs. Newman is becoming friendly with Detective Malloy, leather or not she is innocent concerning Diane's murder has yet to be determined. At least the evidence proves that Phyllis definitely has killer instincts when it comes to fashion.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Lily wears a sheer poncho top. As she continues to battle her demons, it is admirable that she looks pretty dolled up considering she's in a mental institution. One can attribute this to her constant stream of visitors or to the fact that she wants to be prepared in case her husband makes another appearance. Speaking of Cane, Lily will be surprised when she learns what he's got up his sleeve. Then again, Lily certainly has plenty of room to hide something in her own kimono batwing sleeves. Two peas in a pod if you ask me.
On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis wears a white sweater with a cutout back. Just as this sweater has an unexpected twist, she has a surprise of her own in store for the Abbotts and Daniel. By luring Daisy back to Genoa City with her Restless Style blog post, Phyllis proves she is no angel despite the fact that she is wearing said color that exudes her innocence.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Leslie wears a lavender draped dress. As she attends Malcolm and Sofia's wedding as Neil's date last minute, one has to admire how willing she is to help him out. Perhaps Leslie wants to show Genoa City residents that her wardrobe consists of more than just suits. Interesting that while she shows off a dress from her closet, members of the wedding party are trying to keep the skeletons hidden in theirs.

On this episode of The Young and the Restless, Ashley wears a white jacket with a cropped back. The soon-to-be bride seems to be eager to become Mrs. Tucker McCall as she dons the color white a bit prematurely. It will be interesting to see how many guests upstage the bride and wear the same color.
